For a web development project, we give you a fixed price. This is calculated, based on the specifications of the work, (amount of work, complexity, etc). For smaller jobs (such as the implementation of the GDPR regulations etc.), these are charged at an hourly rate.
We offer a 2-part payment plan: 40% in advance and 60% when the entire project is finished. This does not include monthly costs, such as website maintenance etc. Those are charged monthly. The invoice can be in CZK, Euros or USD.
They only go over budget when the client requests something that was not clearly specified in the original quote and I will notify the client in advance before doing the work to keep everything as transparent as possible.
Yes, we will always notify you in advance if something is outside the scope, and we will only work on it once you have approved the expense. We would give you a quote for the extra work or we would charge you by the hour.
Yes. You have the right to keep all source code files of the design.
It depends on the website specifications (size, features, etc). Once you give me information about your website, I can tell you, but most websites take 1 to 3 months to complete.
Yes, all of the websites that we develop are fully responsive. We understand how important this is for user experience and search engine indexing.
If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we can prepare one more based on your feedback. You have 3 design changes allowed for the homepage and each inner page. Once the design is fully approved and we start working on fully developing your website. Any changes to the design at this stage are considered outside of the scope of the project and therefore, charged separately.
We use mainly WordPress and yes it is open source (free). I also used Joomla and recently built a few Shopify stores. Joomla is free but Shopify requires a monthly subscription.
You can make changes yourself via the CMS Admin that your website comes with. You can update text or insert a new image but for more complicated tasks, I can make the changes for you. I offer Maintenance plans tailored to suit your monthly needs.
